Each overseas office may file only one order per office.
2) Cancellations
You may reduce or cancel your order through the order form until September 9, 2011.
Please confirm all of your order details before the deadline. You may not cancel / alter your order after the deadline.
Placing Orders after Deadline (September 9, 2011)
If you wish to order additional product after the deadline, please contact Liaison Planning Inc., Japan for availability.
Reserve stock may be available. No additional units will be printed after the stock is exhausted.

Printing Your Company Name / Logo
Subsidiaries and affiliate companies may choose to replace the Marubeni logo on this year's calendars with their own corporate logo. The deadline for calendars featuring unique logos will be 8/19/2011.
As of 8/20/2011, you may only order calendars with the Marubeni logo.
- * If you would like to print your own company name/logo on the calendar, you may do so at additional cost. All orders are printed with the Marubeni logo unless otherwise specified.
- * Upon receiving your request, Liaison Planning will send you a specialized order form. Please fill in the appropriate categories and send the order form back as soon as possible.

Remarks about Invoice
- We will send a Debit Note shortly after we ship your order to you. Please remit the amount described on this note as soon as possible.
- Additionally, be advised that it is your responsibility to contact customs agents regarding your delivery.
Delivery Schedule
- All items (Calendar, Pocketbook Diary & Card) will be delivered together. The shipment will be dispatched from Japan in mid October.
- We cannot guarantee the arrival date.

Delivery Method
- The shipment's cost and freight must be described on the invoice. We cannot accept requests for "under-invoicing". Please note: it is your responsibility to contact customs agents regarding your delivery.
